Care, it covers a multitude of different meanings doesn't it, attentive, considerate, concerned. In my eyes, these are all things that those involved in Customer Care should embody, although I'm sure we all know that not all of them do.

If you are attentive, considerate and concerned about helping your customers with experience in managing a team then I have the role for you.
You will be looking after a team of 7 with a major housebuilder and working alongside the Construction Manager to ensure that each and every one of your customers has the full care that they deserve from start to finish. I'm sure it can be agreed that buying a house is one of the most important decisions from first time buyers to families on the move and that is why you will pride yourself on making sure that this experience is nothing short of perfect.
If you have previous Customer Care Management experience along with an in-depth knowledge of the build process and working alongside site teams then this is genuinely one of the best opportunities that you could wish for with a 5* award winning team.
