They have been in the industry for over 70 years and although they are a major developer, they have not lost sight of what is important to their purchasers.
Skills and qualifications:-
·At least 3 years Site Management experience;
·House build experience;
·A high standard of man management skills and ability to organise others;
·An in-depth knowledge of UK building regulations;
·An in-depth understanding of Health and Safety Construction Laws.
·To manage site and ensure the work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality;
·To ensure that the daily ground works are completed in accordance with the Health and Safety Quality Programme;
·To lead weekly progress meetings and produce respective deadlines and required timeline of works;
·Contribute to HR Management, identifying training needs and monitoring operative attendance.
