WRS are currently working with a client of ours who has expressed a new need for an experienced Customer Care Manager to be based in their Leeds office.
Our client produces quality homes within primarily the Leeds area. Their traditional built 3,4, and 5 bed units offer innovative design and a high speciation. Although seen as a large house builder their developments remain on the smaller size range from 12 units up to 60 on any one site, they try to keep the development in fitting within the surrounding areas using local brick and stone.
An experienced Customer Care Manager is required to take hold of this role. You will be required to co-ordinate the customer care operative/trades and liaise with customers throughout their time in your care. A firm yet empathetic approach is a must and a clear understanding of snagging procedures. Your time will be split between the office (75%) and being out on site (25%) working within the hours of 9am - 5.30pm.
To be considered for this role you will have the following experience:
-As mentioned above, an in-depth knowledge and understanding of defect identification and defect life-cycle
-Experience within the new build residential sector
-Previous Customer Care Managerial experience or Site Management experience
-The ability to build strong and lasting relationships with customers
-The ideal candidate will have a commute from home no further than an hour
Salary and Package:
Our Client is offering £33,000 - £35,000pa (Dependent on Experience) and a package of:
-Government Pension Scheme
-23 days paid holiday (excluding bank holidays)
-A Performance Bonus
