Finishing Foreman

Finishing Foreman

If you're a true Finishing Foreman what would truly give you the most satisfaction in your job? Completing 50 houses over a year? Getting your house handed over with as little issues as possible? Getting your last house completed so you can have a rest!??

I'd say a true Finishing Foreman would love to spend a week in a house getting everything just right, have that liaison with the Customer in the process so they know they're getting everything perfect and be able to hand that house over to the Customer proud in the knowledge that this is your work and the Customer will have what they've paid for - their dream house. That's what a Finishing Foreman does.

That being the case I have just the job at the minute, a company run by a guy who's been at the very top and whose ambition is to build the very best product for the Customer rather than hammer out volume and sub-standard units. They will be looking at an all-rounder who will delve into Assistant Site Manager duties, too, someone with a trades background who isn't averse to turning their hand to what needs to be done, someone presentable and who knows how to work with a Customer to achieve their aim.

If you're practical like that, if you like that Number 2 role and working with an experienced Site Manager then this could be a great move for you. You'll be looking at salaries up to £34,000 to £38,000 for your trouble, a bonus, car allowance and healthcare, too.

If this sounds like you then please apply for the role on the links provided on this page or get in touch with John Kirkham Herrera at WRS on the usual numbers and email addresses. We're recruiting for this role now so get going and get in touch.
