WRS are working with the Construction Director of this leading open market House Builder which has a new open market development already underway and are looking for a number one Site Manager to run the development.
This established Developer has an excellent reputation for building high volume new build housing developments in the Yorkshire and East Midlands region. Their typical developments range 2, 3 and 4 bedroomed semi-detached and detached new build homes from 100 - 200 units. Their sites are fast paced, challenging and rewarding.
This region is run by a Construction Director and 2 Contracts Managers and there are currently 10 lives sites underway.
Due to the award of a new site close to Alfreton which consists of over 110 new build 4 and 5 bedroom detached properties, the need has arisen for a Site Manger. Working with the aid of an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for running the site in terms of quality, health & safety in addition to planning, managing and controlling the day to day site activities of all site personnel ensuring completion of work within time and budget.
