A leading 5* builder in the North West are looking to employ a Customer Care Inspector to join their Customer Care team in the Manchester area. They're ideally looking for someone who has experience not only on new build housing (i.e. at Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager level) but also who has handled Customer Care complaints and issues at a high level before and who would do an excellent job as a Customer Care Inspector at a high level of excellent house-build.

As the Customer Care Inspector for this business ideally you'll have a trades knowledge that comes accustomed with building excellent houses to NHBC standard. If you're the type of person who knows how a site works when a Customer is due to move in and excel in that handover process then this will be the role for you. As a 5* builder all manager levels are Customer and Client facing but this one even more so - you'll be able to identify snags and defects when a Customer has moved in and liaise with them about the next steps (even if that means a couple of alterations yourself!). All this role for an excellent salary up to £32,000 plus the usual benefits you'd get with a large housebuilder including car allowance/or van.
