In the midst of Lincolnshire awaits a new build private development for a Site Manager to join as the current Site Manager has moved internally to a site closer to home. We are working with the senior management who are looking for someone on a permanent basis with immediate effect...

The Client and Site:
This regional new build House Builder has won multiple and varied awards over the several years. They have a very strong lank bank in Lincolnshire completing no less than six sites in the region over the last six years.

Based in the north of Lincolnshire the site consists of over 130 traditionally built new units from 2 to 4 bed houses under NHBC. It has another 18 to 24 months to go and after this will be another new site in Lincoln.

Overview and Key Duties:
The Site Manager will plan, manage and control new site developments right through to completion ensuring all targets are achieved in accordance with the build programme.

Key duties are:
-Oversee the day to day activities on site to meet and exceed the build programme in accordance with company policies and procedures.
-Ensure all units are produced to a consistently high standard of quality, so as to comply with NHBC requirements & Building Regulations.
-Formally inspect all stages of the construction process.
-Ensure the on-site team are fully equipped and well directed, with clear guidelines to their own job responsibilities and are provided with full support in achieving these (training and development etc.)
-Oversee the work of all sub-contractors and approve payments to them.
-Monitor quality control/customer service procedures and ensure any customer complaints during the production period are investigated thoroughly & action taken if necessary.

Suitable applicants will have:
-A good health and safety score and customer care record is required.
-Over 3 years plus experience as a Site Manager in new build housing.
-Have the following qualifications: Valid CSCS Card, First Aid Certificate

The Salary and Package:
Our Client is looking to offer up to £52, 000 basic salary plus other benefits including:

- Company Car or £6500 car allowance
- Pension and healthcare
- 23 days paid holiday + bank holidays
- Fuel reimbursement on fuel
