We are WRS are currently working with the Construction Manager for a leading 4* House builder. They are currently looking for an experienced site Manager to join their region on a site based in East Yorkshire.
The Company and Site
The Yorkshire Region of a Leading 4* House builder are searching for an enthusiastic knowledgeable Site Manager to join them on a site in the East of Yorkshire. Our client is looking to complete 520 units this year (March) and forecast 500 units for 2019 over the Yorkshire Region.
In recent years they have achieved over 20 Quality Awards and 6 Seals of excellence's. the company has a huge emphasis on producing a quality build to target and budget, running to an 18- 20 build programme.
The site we are recruiting has predominantly 3 bed detached homes (Traditional Build) with an innovative design and high specification. In total the site has 180 units with 68 targeted to get over the line by end of year in March with 2 years forecasted left on the build (54 CML'd by 2019 and 48 by 2020)
What we are looking for
·Our client is looking for an experienced knowledgeable Site Manager who has a proven track record on high volume sites from inception to completion
·A proven record in problem solving and affective task management
·A high regard for customer care
·A Site Manger with an eye for detail and the dedication to produce quality homes for their end customer
·Valid CSCS (management level) SMSTS and First Aid
Previous residential new build experience - although is desired, our client is open to candidates who have come from a construction back ground on commercial new build developments.
Salary and package
Our client is looking to offer up to £53,000pa (Dependant on Experience) and a competitive package to include-
-£10k Plus target driven bonus (paid quarterly)
-Company car OR Allowance (up to 10% of salary)
-Pension and Health Care (affective after the 3-month probation)
